My story
I’m Lexie (she/her), an experienced Wedding & Event Planner originally from Paris and now based in London, with over 15 years of expertise in creating exceptional celebrations. I specialise in designing refined, meaningful experiences that are both beautifully curated and deeply personal. I saw the lack of representation in the industry and it led me to create Queer Weddings.
I'm especially passionate about supporting and celebrating the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring every couple feels seen, understood, and fully represented throughout their planning journey.
My work has taken me to some of London’s most iconic and prestigious venues, including Tower Bridge, The Landmark, The Dorchester, Syon Park, The Barbican, and Hackney Town Hall, as well as many of the city’s finest five-star hotels.
I’ve also been featured in Gay Times, Diva Magazine, and Attitude Magazine, and was honoured to be recognised as one of the 101 LGBTQ+ Trailblazers in Business in 2021 and 2025.
I work with couples who are looking for more than just an event—they want an experience. With a calm, professional approach and a strong attention to detail, I’m here to bring your vision to life in a way that feels authentic, seamless, and unforgettable.

Aisha
Wedding Operations
Aisha (she/her) is a cultural events producer and Operations Manager with over a decade of experience delivering events and building queer spaces. She has a strong track record of producing intentional, community-driven gatherings that centre LGBTQ+ communities and the Global Majority, creating unique spaces where people can celebrate who they are.
From small, intimate gatherings to large-scale events, Aisha is passionate about bringing dream weddings to life, helping couples tell their stories and celebrate their love.
Issa
Graphic Design / Security
Issa (he/him) is a Senior Designer who specialises. in creating thoughtful, visually striking work across digital and print. He's also the creator of the brand identity of Queer Weddings.
Outside of his design career, he also works as a security officer at various LGBTQ+ venues, which keeps him closely connected to the community and spaces he cares about. With a calm presence, creative eye and genuine love for bringing people together, Issa is proud to support couples in celebrating their stories.
