As a wedding planner, my philosophy is simple: every couple deserves a wedding that is as unique and special as they are. That is why I never organise the same wedding twice. However, what I do encounter time and again is the beauty of authentic and organic union. To give you the best experience, I offer a bespoke package where we can customise every aspect of your wedding or an on-the-day coordination package where I am on hand to help you on the day. From selecting the perfect venue to choosing wedding suppliers, we will work together to ensure that every small detail is just right.
Wedding day coordination - £1210

Ensuring a flawless wedding day with my expertise

As your wedding coordinator, my ultimate goal is to make sure everything goes smoothly and on schedule. My role is crucial, as I begin to prepare everything at least 4-6 weeks before the big day and remain on site until the evening party ends. My duties include overseeing venue set-up and decoration, and communicating with suppliers as the main point of contact. You can rest easy knowing that I'll take care of everything, ensuring that your special day is a success.
I am a calm and collected professional, highly skilled at managing weddings and special events. My expertise combined with my professional demeanor is just what you need on your wedding day.

This option is best suited if you've got things under control but needs to relay duties on the day whilst you're busy having the time of your life!

Fee: 10 hours from £1210 with a 25% deposit only upon booking (additional time if needed at £105 + vat p/h)

If your venue is outside the M25, travel costs will be added on according to the location.

Tying the knot can be the most magical day of your lives, but let's face it - planning a wedding can be one big headache. But hold on, there's a secret weapon: the all-inclusive option! From 8 to 6 months before the big day, we're in it together to create the ultimate experience. I'll be your trusty guide, helping you bring your wedding dreams to life while holding your hand every step of the way. We'll meet up once a month (or more!) to make sure everything's on track and tackle any issues. Plus, I've got a list of some amazing LGBTQ+ friendly suppliers to work with. And the best part? I'm a time-keeping ninja! So you can sit back, relax, and let me handle all the details.
